Upon crossing the threshold into the foyer, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and style. The floor beneath your feet boasts large, boldly veined slabs, reminiscent of the sun-kissed streets of Miami. A full-height mirror beckons, offering a tantalizing glimpse of the wonders that lie beyond. Stepping further into the house, you're greeted by a double-height ceiling adorned with a skylight that floods the space with natural light, as if the sun itself has decided to make its home here. A few steps lead you down to a meticulously designed mudroom, where integrated cabinetry offers both storage and a place to pause and prepare for the day ahead.
Interior Design
To the left, a stunning display of integrated cabinetry catches your eye. A key drop station, seamlessly blending form and function, stands ready to receive your belongings. A bronze mirror reflects the light streaming in from the windows, adding depth and warmth to the space. Adjacent to it, full-height mirrored doors invite guests to store their belongings discreetly, maintaining the sleek aesthetic of the home. The journey continues into the kitchen, a culinary haven designed for both functionality and beauty. Integrated appliances ensure a seamless flow, while accents of brass, ribbed detailing, and shaker panels add a touch of elegance. A concealed coffee station, hidden behind pocket doors, preserves the pristine simplicity of the space, allowing the eye to focus on the expansive 48” range—a chef's dream come true.
