Bomou Bakery - a modern Parisienne bakery in the heart of East York Neighborhood 

Toronto’s Bomou Bakery invites visitors into an immersive journey that celebrates one of life’s most simple pleasures. Designed as both a workshop and a stage, it’s a place where one can participate in the company’s narrative brought to life. RZ Interiors designed a multi-sensory experience that weaves together best practice from hospitality, restaurant and retail into a destination open from morning to night. At the outset, the decision was made to work closely with Odima Construction. Having the constructor at the table from the beginning proved to be a strategic move; it allowed the entire team to work in lock step and ultimately resulted in effortless communication and a smooth construction process.
